Strike out the competition.
I build the site, wire up your booking and payments, and automate the busywork — so your business keeps running while you are coaching. One person, fixed price, and you are always talking to me.

Pitching for the Bridgeport Bluefish. Seven years of pro baseball, and I taught myself to build software along the way.
Everything below is alive. Click through and see what is possible for you.
CageList
A marketplace where players book batting cages and facility owners get paid. I built it, launched it, and still run it every day.
MADE Baseball
My own training brand. Rebuilding the site now, on the same stack I would use for yours.
Everyday Champ
A nonprofit whose site was stranded on a platform that shut down. Rebuilt clean, and it loads instantly now.
Carol Coelho
A mentorship practice whose clients speak three languages, so every word on the site does too — Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Ruca Fit
A personal trainer in Venice Beach whose clients now book their own sessions instead of texting him to find a time.

Built on the same tools I run CageList on — the ones that hold real customers and real money.

Care — $99/mo
Hosting, backups, monitoring and small edits whenever you need them. Cancel anytime.
Care Plus — $299/mo
Everything in Care, plus your automations run, watched and fixed, and one change a month included.
Growth — $599/mo
Everything in Care Plus, and I work on getting you found: search, the local map pack, and the AI assistants people now ask instead of Google.
The work you should not be doing yourself.
A site brings people in. These keep them coming back without you touching anything. Each one is built once, priced on its own, and then looked after under Care Plus.
Booking, payment and reminder in one loop
They book, they pay, and the reminder text goes out on its own the day before. No-shows drop because nobody forgets.
Every new lead gets an answer in seconds
Someone fills out your form at 9pm and gets a real reply immediately, while you get a text telling you to call them tomorrow.
Review requests that go out by themselves
A day after a session, the client gets a message with a one-tap link to your Google review page. Your rating climbs without you asking.
Winning back the people who drifted off
Anyone who has not booked in sixty days gets a note from you. It runs quietly in the background and pays for itself.
A Monday morning email with your numbers
Bookings, revenue and traffic for the week, in one email, so you are not logging into four dashboards to find out how you did.
The boring setup, done properly once
Business email on your domain, Google Workspace, shared passwords in 1Password, and your domain locked down on Cloudflare.
Each automation is quoted on its own, typically $400 to $900 to build. Care Plus keeps them running.
See all services →You never have to wonder whether it is working.
Every Care Plus client gets a live page showing what their site is actually doing, and a note from me at the end of each month explaining it in plain English.
What happened. 37 people asked about lessons, up 9 on October. Saturdays are still your busiest day by a mile.
What I changed. Sped up the booking page, added your two new coaches, fixed the phone number on Google.
What I would do next. Your review requests are converting at 31%. Worth adding a second nudge a week later.
Reply to this email and it comes straight to me.
Four steps, and you always know which one we are on.
1. You fill out the form
Ten minutes, plain questions. It tells me what your business does and what the site has to accomplish.
2. We talk for 30 minutes
A real call with me. I ask the things the form missed and tell you honestly if I am the wrong fit.
3. You get the scope
Written down: every page, every feature, the price, the date. Nothing starts until you approve it.
4. Build, review, launch
You see it live on a preview link as it comes together. One round of changes, then it goes live and it is yours.

I was a left-handed pitcher. I played seven years of pro baseball and taught myself to build software along the way.
CageList came out of that. I built it alone and I still operate it — which means I have dealt with the refund request, the double booking, and the customer who could not find the button. That is the experience I bring to your project, and I am the one who answers when you write back a year from now.
The answers before you have to ask.
What is not included?
Logo and brand identity design, ongoing ad management, and social media management. One round of revisions is included; further rounds are billed hourly.
Who writes the words on the site?
You tell me about your business and I write the pages. What I do not do is invent your messaging from nothing — the Business package includes a copywriting pass over what you give me.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do, from day one. The domain is registered in your name, the accounts are yours, and at handoff I transfer everything and hand you the logins.
What if I want to change something after launch?
Small edits are included in any Care plan. Bigger changes get a price before I start, in writing, the same way the original build did.
How long does it take?
About a week for Launch and about two weeks for Business, counted from the day you approve the scope and the deposit clears.
How does payment work?
Half when you approve the scope, half at launch, both by Stripe invoice. Care plans are a monthly subscription you can cancel any time.
Tell me what you are trying to build.
The form takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself and reply the same day.
